Our topic was "How to create loyal customers in e-commerce?" Actually, when looking at this question from a brand-specific perspective, dozens of different answers can be given. My observation is that loyalty is directly related to how brands position themselves and how well they develop strategies that meet the needs of their target audience. Here are some points I want to highlight:


🟣 Prioritizing shipping processes for first-time shoppers is a significant plus in terms of customer experience.


🟣 Closely following mainstream TV series and social media platforms, and producing content by taking quick action, can also have a positive impact for brands. For example, English Home shared that they produced content associated with popular TV programs like Survivor and Taşacak Bu Deniz, and that this content received considerable attention, especially on TikTok.


🟣 Avansas highlighted that customer loyalty can be strengthened in some cases through face-to-face agreements with customers and membership systems.


🟣 Although Skechers is known as a sports brand, it's also a brand that often comes to mind as a gift for our mothers: comfortable walking shoes.
