Client Profile : CIDA is Canadian Government's international development agency with over $50 million in programming in Bangladesh. Business Challenge: Help a local company, Rahimafrooz - the largest battery manufacturer in Bangladesh - identify and address the inventory management hurdles among its 150+ dealers. Our Solution : We implemented on the strategic roadmap by building a proof of concept and a prototype for an integrated inventory management system.
