pimedia started off as a full service e-business consulting firm dedicated to providing a unique combination of strategy, creativity and technology advice to industry-leader clients. In this capacity, we have assisted many of the blue-chip clients in Bangladesh with leading edge e-business initiatives. Additionally, our staff, under varying external capacities, have demonstrated experience in delivering e-business services to an impressive list of top-tier international companies. For sustainable poverty alleviation, it is important to enable and empower people so that they can change their lives on their own. Along with other enablers, ICT can make a significant difference in the lives of the poor. Access to timely and accurate information can be a powerful tool. Grameen Bank has already demostrated how a village merchant with a cell phone can improve her livelihoods by obtaining market pricing information directly and negotiating better prices for her products. This is only one example.

At pimedia, we believe there can be many more. Our ICT services focus on removing usability barriers to modern day tools & services so that people from all walks of life can leverage technology as an enabler that help them improve their livelihoods.
